TeachFlow is a teaching preparation tool for adults. Do not enter identifiable pupil information, health information, personal records or confidential school content. Class profiles should contain general teaching context and interests only.

Without an account, your teaching profile, class preferences, resources and shopping lists stay in this browser’s local storage. You can download a backup in Account & Settings. Browser data does not automatically transfer to a signed-in account.

Signed-in accounts store their workspace in Supabase with access restricted to the account owner. Session cookies keep you signed in. Complimentary invitations record the recipient’s account and access expiry; a pending invitation token is held temporarily in browser session storage until redeemed. The application uses Netlify for hosting. Uploaded examples are sent to the server for text extraction; original files are discarded rather than stored in a document vault. Infrastructure providers may maintain normal operational logs.

Stripe handles billing details on its hosted checkout and customer portal. TeachFlow stores customer and subscription identifiers and status, not card numbers. Live Stripe billing is configured, but paid checkout remains closed until launch checks are complete. For live generation, your teaching context, instructions and extracted example text are sent to OpenAI to produce a draft. We request that responses are not stored in the Responses API; provider operational and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. No pupil-identifying data should be included.

Shop links open a third-party retailer. That retailer applies its own privacy policy and terms. Links contain the product search term and no TeachFlow account identifier. No affiliate tracking code is currently added.

Supabase and Resend deliver account confirmation and reset emails. Support email is forwarded through ImprovMX to the operator’s monitored inbox. We use account and workspace information to provide the service, billing records to manage subscriptions, and necessary operational logs to protect and troubleshoot it. We do not sell your personal information or use your teaching material for advertising. Providers may process data outside the UK under their applicable service and data-processing terms. Your workspace is kept while your account is active; deletion requests are handled manually, subject to records we must retain for legal or billing reasons and provider backup retention. Export your cloud workspace from Account & Settings. Email support@teachflow-ai.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Do not post private material or account secrets in a public GitHub issue.
